Vendor Terms & Conditions

By registering as a vendor on NineModa, you agree to comply with the following Vendor Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your access to and use of the NineModa marketplace as a seller.

1. Vendor Eligibility

  1. Vendors must be legally able to sell products in their jurisdiction.
  2. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all products listed comply with applicable laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia and/or their country of operation.
  3. NineModa reserves the right to approve or reject any vendor application at its sole discretion.

2. Product Listing Rules

  1. Only Variable Products are allowed.
    • All fashion products must be listed as Variable Products.
    • Color and Size variations are mandatory where applicable.
    • Simple products may be rejected or unpublished.
  2. Category Compliance
    • Products must be listed under the correct category.
    • NineModa may reassign categories if listed incorrectly.
  3. Product Accuracy
    • Product titles, descriptions, prices, and variations must be accurate and truthful.
    • Misleading information is strictly prohibited.

3. Image & Content Requirements

  1. Product images must meet the following minimum standards:
    • Minimum resolution: 1200 × 1500 pixels
    • Aspect ratio: 4:5
    • Clear, professional images with no watermarks or third-party branding.
  2. Images must represent the actual product being sold.
  3. NineModa reserves the right to remove or request replacement of images that do not meet quality standards.

4. Prohibited Products

The following products are strictly prohibited:

  • Counterfeit or replica items
  • Products that infringe intellectual property rights
  • Offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful items
  • Products outside the approved marketplace categories

5. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

  1. Vendors must provide accurate pickup address information.
  2. Vendors are responsible for ensuring products are ready for pickup within the agreed timeframe.
  3. Failure to fulfill orders on time may result in penalties, suspension, or removal from the platform.

6. Pricing & Commission

  1. Vendors are responsible for setting their own product prices.
  2. NineModa will deduct a commission from each completed sale as agreed.
  3. Commission rates may vary and are subject to change with prior notice.

7. Taxes & Compliance

  1. Vendors are responsible for complying with all tax obligations applicable to their business.
  2. NineModa may collect VAT on its commission portion where required by law.

8. Product Review & Approval

  1. NineModa reserves the right to:
    • Review products before or after publication
    • Reject, edit, or remove any product that violates these terms
  2. Repeated violations may result in vendor suspension or termination.

9. Vendor Conduct

  1. Vendors must act professionally and ethically.
  2. Harassment, abuse, or fraudulent behavior toward customers or NineModa staff will not be tolerated.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

NineModa reserves the right to suspend or terminate a vendor account if:

  • These terms are violated
  • Repeated customer complaints occur
  • Fraudulent or harmful activity is detected

11. Amendments

NineModa may update these Vendor Terms & Conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a vendor on NineModa, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Vendor Terms & Conditions.
